Agent should deduct its margin by 10% and send the payment to Jdc Express Pvt. Ltd. An agent should understand that, on payment received in full by Jdc Express Pvt. Ltd. for any travel packages sold, the travel voucher will be mailed within 24-36hrs, after realization of payments. 4) An agent should advertise Trips2world.net services and products to local market to get business. 5) Trips2world.net or Jdc Express Pvt. Ltd. can terminate an agent with 1 month's notice on realisation of dues and etc. 6) Also an agent can resign with 1 months notice on clearence of its dues nd outstanding. 7) Trips2world.net or Jdc Express & Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd. is a tour operator or a travel company and sell travel packages, make arrangement for travelers. But no way can held responsible for visa, airlines, immigration and etc. 8) All disputes are subjected to Kolkata, India jurisdiction only.
